Dr Competence has an unparalleled expertise in delivery of trainings that are based on Competence, as without being competent the graduates are not confident either.
Dr Homi known as Dr Competence – he has been CBT teacher in TAFE and an entrepreneur, he is an author, educationalist, strategist. For more than two decades, he has trained thousands of people who enjoyed his competency approach to learning.
Dr Homi is the author of Create Your Mental GPS, and in his recent book entitled “The Rise of The Humans” he has applied the concept and his new approach ‘Double Heuristic Method’, DHM, to personal development, he has applied it in discovering, articulating, planning, implementing and fulfilment of individual life’s vision that is equally applicable to business.
Dr Homi has been a CPA since 1980s. He has worked in Taxation, Auditing as well in Financial and Management accounting both in Private and Public sectors. Both in general practice and academia.
Dr Homi has written more than 20 books and resources in Academia and has over 17 academic papers on competence and competency-based training. He had completed his PhD degree from University of Adelaide and is an Alumni of the University of Adelaide.
Dr Homi is also a Philanthropist and is the Secretary of the First Step Foundation, a charitable organization that is operating in Gold Coast, Qld, Australia.
