Dr Homi, known as Dr Competence earned his master degree in MOD from USIU, Degrees in Fin Mgt from UNE and Edu from USQ, and his Doctorate Degree from University of Adelaide. He is a CPA Member. He coaches individuals and business owners to prosper by discovering, funding, and fulfilling their visions and making their impossible dreams a reality.

Having worked in Private sector as the CFO, Auditor, Tax Accountant, and Management Accountant, as well as working in the Public Sector, as Leading Vocational Teacher, LVT, Dr Homi, known as Dr Competence, taught for over twenty years, coaching college TAFE students to achieve their goals and dreams. He is the father of Competencivism, Competency Intelligence, Double Heuristic Method (DHM) and Competency Theory, Dr Homi has authored more than 20 publications and 17 conference papers on Competence, CBT and Competency Intelligence. His Book entitled, “Create Your Mental GPS” published in 2016 has guided thousands to achieve their dreams.
